Production Managers Forum

Production Managers Forum (PMF) is where the original concept of Reset Better started before the torch was handed over to the ABTT Committee.

During a town hall in 2021 conversations started on how we could make the industry more human-centric.

​

This lead to a working group which will later be called Reset Better was formed.

​

Over the time Reset Better working group grew to create foundations which we are using today.

​

They have also worked on other human-centric projects including a rates of pay for production and technical managers in the industry and how we can diversify the industry to name a few.
